Dues

  • Please contribute dues which are currently $25/year.
  • Dues are used for snow plowing and common area grass cutting.
  • Mowing of the common area is $34/week. At the time of this post, we have $580 in the KGCA account.
    • This leaves us short of being able to pay for grass cutting for the rest of the year.

Hazardous Waste Collection Events

Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) will be hosting a Hazardous waste Collection Event at Delcastle Hich School, 1417 Newport Rd., Wilmington, DE on Saturday, August 12th fom 8:00AM-2:00PN. They will be accepting: Household items, Explosives, Automotive Items, Workshop items, Medical, Electronics and have proper shredding of up to two boxes free of charge! For a complete 2023 Schedule:

Troop 6 Re-build

Troop 6 has begun a significant facility re-build.The project will last approximately 18 months to two (2) years. A community Room is included in the new Troop 6 design and an open house will be held once construction is completed.

Free Yard Waste Disposal

Time for yard work and tree trimming. Polly Drummond Yard Waste reopened on March 25th. The site is opened on Saturdays and Sundays and is free for Delaware residents. It is open every week until a date in January that has not been determined yet.
